Registration Fees

Registration fee is Euro 450 (Four hundred and fifty Euro) per person
and the bank draft or cheque drawn on any bank ….the cheque must be cashable & payable at any American bank e.g. Citibank-New York or Union Bank of New Jersey,or Bank of America or Chase-Manhattan Bank -New York , or the Bank of Montreal etc.), can be sent by registered airmail and bankdraft or cheque payable to Prof. Dr.V.M.Bhatnagar

Conference Hotel Accommodation

There is special room rate for conference participants & delegates attending
the conference. The normal regular room rate at the 4**** or 5***** stars highly modern hotels in Budapest are from Euro 150 to Euro 200 per night…. but for conference delegates ,the single room rate charge,in conference hotel, is Euro 60 per room per day & Euro 75 per day per doubles room(2-persons in the room) . The room rates include all taxes and breakfasts.
As Budapest is very busy tourists city in Europe during summer months, just like Paris, London, Rome, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Athens, Frankfurt, Zurich, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Vienna, etc. , and there is scarcity of hotel rooms, it is strongly advised and suggested that you please reserve your rooms well in advance by February, 2010 by e-mailing to reservation office of hotel ….whose reservation e-mail will be provided in the final program to be published in January,2010..
Final Program of Conference
